kinh.architects's hotel facade proposal is the centerpiece of a masterplan for a major hotel complex development. It consist of three hotel tower, which differ in their topic. The buildings are in two parts, a two level commercial podium and hotel tower above. kinh.architects work with demaine together on the schematic design, which will continue by the design development in 2012.
