This project site is on the Dong Ao island , which is 13 mile north to
Macau.The Nansha Bay Hotel has a total area of 48000 sqm, while the Nansha Tsui Hotel is 13500sqm. Both hotels are targeted to be a 5 star hotel. As for the client's target the 290 rooms Nansha Bay hotel is planned to be a resort hotel and the Nansha Tsui Hotel with it's 50 room should develope into a boutique hotel. kinh.architects was looking for a topic, which express the atmosphere of the island and the sea. Therefore the lobby,guest rooms of the resort hotel is arranged with typical ornamentic and color of the sea. On the other hand the boutique hotel was keep reduce and modern, representing a design driven Interior. |
